•	Competency #5: “Creating Super-value Product and Service Platforms that Drive Innovation Success”
		Learn the critical steps required to identify breakthrough product and service platforms that drive growth. Identify innovation drivers for near-term, medium-term, and long-term growth. Develop the mindset required to drive super-value across all your organization’s key initiatives. (Available in two-day or three-day formats.)
•	Certification Training Boot Camp: “The Edison 6-Day Intensive: Learning the Five Competencies of Innovation”
		Participants will cover all five Edison innovation competencies in six days during an intense, hands-on learning forum. Ideal for innovation teams who are beginning their work together. Emphasis is on deep bonding, identifying learning styles, laying the groundwork for open and collaborative communication, and aligning the passions and goals of the team with their organization’s innovation initiative. Also appropriate for individuals desiring to become certified to teach the Edison innovation competencies within their organization.
